My Sleeping Habits

I usually sleep about six hours on weekdays but I'm not often tired.I get more sleep at weekends. When I'm not worried about work or life I can't fall asleep but when I have this problem I wake up for one hour so sometimes I get up and drink a glass of water then I go back to bed and don't think about any things, after ten minutes I fall asleep.

Most of the times I just don't think and I sleep.

When I relax I sleep very quickly.
